Mr. Guo Kejun Joins Zhong Lun as Senior Partner
Zhong Lun Law firm is very pleased to announce that Mr. Guo Kejun has recently joined the law firm’s Beijing office as a senior partner.
Mr. Guo has worked in Deheng Law Firm, King and Wood and a central state organ before joining Zhong Lun. He graduated from law schools of Renmin University of China and Peking University. He got an LL. M in the US and has bar qualifications in both China and the US state of New York.
Mr. Guo’s main practice areas include reorganization and listing of enterprises, M&A and private equity investment funds. Mr. Guo has advised a number of large state enterprises and financial institutions on domestic and overseas reorganization and listing, and provided innovative and practical advice for a number of M&A and refinancing projects. In addition, he has been active in the relevant legislation of private equity investment funds and advised a number of such funds on their establishment.
The admission of Mr. Guo will further strengthen the leading role of Zhong Lun in the capital markets legal services. His rich experience in advising large state enterprises will surely help the law firm expand its client base.
