Senior lawyers Jane Yao, He Wei Join Zhong Lun as Partners
Recently, two senior lawyers Jane Yao and He Wei, who both have studied overseas and worked with international law offices for many years, joined Zhong Lun Law Firm Hong Kong and Beijing offices respectively.
Jane Yao obtained her Bachelor of Law, Master of Law and Juris Doctor from South Central University of Politics & Law, Zhongshan University School of Law and the University of Washington respectively. Before admission into Zhong Lun, Jane Yao has worked with a law firm in Singapore and an international offshore law office, and gained extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing and syndicated loans, private equity/venture capital investment, overseas listings and fund formation, and overseas corporate listings.
He Wei graduated from University of Bristol, Faculty of Law and obtained LL.B. with Honor and LL.M. in Commercial Law. Later he received his LL.M., focusing on corporate finance-related subjects, from Cornell Law School. Before joining Zhong Lun, He Wei has worked with an international law firm Beijing office for many years and specializes in areas such as private equity/venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment.
