Australian Law Firm Tindall Gask Bentley visits Zhong Lun Law Firm Wuhan Office
On March 29, 2010, several partners with Australia law firm Tindall Gask Bentley (TGB) visited Zhong Lun Law Firm Wuhan office and discussed possible cooperation with respect to listing on the Australian Stock Exchange by Chinese companies in Central China, including Wuhan.
The two sides also agreed to jointly host a forum themed “Listing of Chinese Enterprises in Australia" in partnership with the relevant governmental agencies in the Hubei Province and relevant intermediary agencies in Australia in Wuhuan on April 21, 2010.
TGB was established in 1970 in Australia and currently has four offices in Australia and a representative office in Shanghai, China. The firm is closely related with the Australian securities industry and is the first Australian law firm to help Chinese companies get listed in Australia.
