Partner Delivers Speech on Enterprises IPO Process for Zengcheng Enterprises
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Mr. Gui Gang delivered a speech on the topic of “Enterprises IPO Process Training (First Session)" to more than 20 local enterprises in Zengcheng, Guangdong Province, on June 8, 2010.
Drawing on his rich practical experience, Mr.Gui systematically elaborated on the legal issues the China Securities Regulatory Commission is most concerned about during IPO process, and detailed some successful and aborted IPO examples and cases, in a bid to make the participants know how to achieve a successful listing in the future. Mr. Gui also answered some enquires of the participants during the speech. Vice Mayors, Chief Director of Development and Reform Bureau and other government leaders of Zengcheng City also attended.
