Nine Senior Lawyers Join Zhong Lun as Partners
Nine senior lawyers from Chinese and international law firms have joined Zhong Lun Law Firm as partners recently.
The new partners are:
1. Zhang Li, senior equity partner in Wuhan office. Mr. Zhang currently serves as chairman of Hubei Provincial Lawyers Association. Before joining Zhong Lun, Mr. Zhang worked as a partner with Hubei Sunshine Law Firm.
2. Roger Ho, equity partner in Hong Kong office. Mr. Roger Ho has served as legal counsel in China International Capital Corporation in Hong Kong before joining Zhong Lun.
3. Rong Rong and Jie Yinghan, equity partners in Guangzhou office. Both worked with H.J.M. International Law Offices before joining Zhong Lun.
4. Mei Shunjian and Zheng Dongping, equity partners in Wuhan office. Mei Shunjian and Zheng Dongping practiced in Hubei Sunshine Law Firm and Hubei Zhengdongping Law Firm respectively before joining Zhong Lun.
5. Gao Yan, Yu Xin and Feng Wenjun, equity partners in Beijing office. Gao Yan and Yu Xin practiced in US Jones Day Law Firm and Feng Wenjun in King and Wood Law Firm before joining Zhong Lun.
The new partners are all elites in their respective areas which cover foreign investment, cross-border transactions, overseas listing, real estate, litigation, energy and resources, roads, shipping.
