Li ZHANG
Ms. Li Zhang is an equity partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and has 28 years of practice experience under her belt. She currently serves as vice president of Hubei Lawyers Association, member of Hubei Provincial Political Consultative Committee, legislative advisor to Hubei Provincial People’s Congress, special supervisor of Hubei High People’s Court, people supervisor of Hubei Provincial People’s Procuratorate, and arbitrator of many arbitration institutions such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and vice president of Procedure Law Research Institute of Hubei Law Society. Her previous roles include the president of Hubei Lawyers Association, member of the first batch of legal advisors to Hubei Provincial People’s Government, and associate professor of Procedure Law at Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (14 years of education experience).
Ms. Zhang specializes in litigation and arbitration, construction and infrastructure, debt restructuring, and disposal of non-performing assets. She has extensive legal experience in the fields of highway, railroad, airport, logistics, real estate, and other infrastructure construction projects. Her work has earned her multiple honors, including the National May Day Labor Medal, National Outstanding Lawyer, Top 10 Lawyers in Hubei Province, and Outstanding Hubei Provincial Political Consultative Committee Member. She is also hailed as an Eminent Practitioner in the area of corporate/commercial in Central China (Hubei) in Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide.
