Partner Helen Haixiao Zhang Delivers Speech at Seminar on Bribery and Corruption Regulatory Compliance

On March 18, 2011, Ms. Helen Haixiao Zhang, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai office, was invited as the sole outside speaker to attend the Seminar on Bribery and Corruption Regulatory Compliance from US, UK and China Perspectives, hosted by KPMG Advisory (China) Limited in Plaza 66 Shanghai. Helen delivered a speech on China’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, as well as AIC practice.
KPMG Partner also gave speeches on the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and an overview of the recently enacted UK Bribery Act. The seminar attendants consisted of global partners from other offices from KPMG, department heads and/or in-house lawyers of FM Global, GAP, Roche and others.
