Partner Zhang Mingjie Elected as Standing Council Member of Seventh Council of Advisory Board of China International Private Law Association
Mr. Zhang Mingjie, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, has been recently elected as a standing council member of the Seventh Council of the Advisory Board of China International Private Law Association.
Mr. Zhang specializes in the legal service for European enterprises investing in China, particularly in the field of commercial retailing. Dr. Zhang is a visiting professor and director of the Advisory Board of Master of Laws in Cross-Cultural Business Practice (MLCBP) sponsored by Fribourg University of Switzerland. Dr. Zhang is also an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. He is an expert of private international law and published a book in English “Conflict of Laws and International Contracts for the Sales of Goods".
