Zhong Lun Law Firm got the patent license on January 30, 2012, enabling the law firm to represent clients to handle patent prosecution and litigation matters from now on.
The law firm believes that the acquirement of the patent license will enhance its comprehensive capacities further as a leading PRC law firm, ensuring more professional and complete services for its clients.
The law firm’s patent team comprises senior patent attorneys with many years’ experience in different technical fields inclusive of mechanics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, communications, electronics and computer science. Patent attorneys Ms. Lucy Wang, who had been a Chinese patent examiner for more than ten years, and Mr. Michael Cheng, who had worked for SINOPEC, international intellectual property law firms and studied overseas over ten years, joined the patent team last year.
