Partner Ping Gu Addresses Patent Seminar
On October 19, 2012, Chinese distinguished intellectual property media, CHINA INTELLECUTAL PROPERTY, held a seminar focusing on translation of patent documents. Ms. Ping Gu, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing Office, delivered a presentation in the seminar. Speakers in the seminar also included professors from China University of Political Science and Law and Beijing Foreign Studies University, director of China Translation & Publishing Corporation, and heads of IP service corporations.
In her presentation, Ms. Gu introduced market scale and prospect of patent translation, analyzed the importance of patent translation for foreign applicants in their patent protection in China, carried out deep analysis and explanation on several difficult cases, and shared a lot of practical experience. The brilliant presentation given by Ms. Gu was very well received.
