On October 25, 2012, Mr. Jihong Chen, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing Office, gives lectures at Lawyer College of Renmin University of China and is appointed as a part-time professor.
Topic of Mr. Chen’s lectures focuses on research and practice of E-Commerce Law of China, including Chinese e-commerce legal environment, foreign investment e-commerce legal analysis, third party payment, etc. His lectures are systematic and abundant in content and very practical, from which lawyers could have very good references in their e-commerce legal professional work. Mr. Chen’s lectures are very well received.
In addition, Mr. Chen has also been appointed as a part-time supervisor for postgraduate students in Koguan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University recently, and helps cultivate postgraduate students with his profound legal professional experience.
