The International Bar Association (IBA), a lawyer’s association known for far-reaching influence on the international legal industry has recently officially appointed Mr. Zhou Yun to serve as an officer on the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee for the 2015-2016 term in recognition of his leadership position in the M&A field. He is the first and only officer from China in the committee’s history. Mr. Zhou is continuously voted as a Leading Lawyer in the fields of M&A, especially in cross-border M&A, by Chambers and other alike influential legal publishers and has great reputation in the M&A field.
