Partner Sun Wei Appointed to the BAC Panel of Arbitrators
The Beijing Arbitration Commission (“BAC") recently announced that, Mr. Sun Wei, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing Office has been appointed to its panel of arbitrators.
Sun Wei graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and SOAS, University of London. He is an expert of complex dispute resolution and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards and has maintained a close professional relationship with many arbitral and mediate intuitions at home and abroad. Sun Wei is also a panel arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, a mediator of the Mediation Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade/China Chamber of International Commerce, and a mediator of Beijing Arbitration Commission Mediation Centre.
The BAC is a not-for-profit permanent organization devoted to providing a forum for impartial and efficient alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. Ever since its establishment, the BAC maintains a high standard in the selection of arbitrators. Its panel of arbitrators is filled with elite experts and scholars who excel not only in the legal profession but also in related professional fields such as international trade and construction.
