Partner Jimmy Huang Is Invited by the IPLAC Trademark Committee to Speak at Panel Discussion
On 19 May 2016, invited by The IPLAC Trademark Committee, Partner Jimmy Huang of Zhong Lun Law Firm attended a Panel Discussion regarding Hot Topics in Trademark Law in Brazil, China and Europe. Mr. Huang delivered a speech of developments and insights on trademark issues in China at the Panel Discussion, in which Mr Huang introduced the current hot issues and new trends of Trademark Law of the PRC to dozens of honored guests attending the panel discussion based on his practical experience.
Founded in 1884, IPLAC is the oldest intellectual property law association in the United States. It is highly respected by both local and the national judiciary. With over 1,100 members, IPLAC is a not-for-profit organization “dedicated to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and related fields of law". IPLAC also has approximately 30 honorary members from the federal judiciary.
