Partner Wang Lihua Participates in 2016 HVS China Hotel Investment Conference
On 11-12 May 2016, Ms. Wang Lihua, partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, delivered a keynote speech at the “12th China Hotel Investment Conference" in Shanghai. The China Hotel Investment Conference (CHIC) was organized by HVS Global Hospitality Services (HVS), the world’s leading hotel valuation, consulting and investment services firm, is one of the most influential hotel investment conferences and the must-attend meeting platform for hotel industry leaders and investors in China.
CHIC of this year revolved around “New Era, New Opportunity". Nowadays, the hotel industry has come to a new era: emerging new brand and new model, spring-up lifestyle hotel and resort, outbound investment bandwagon, arising of after 90’s consumer, development of big data and sharing economy have brought new opportunities to the hotel market.
