Lifan Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. got listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on November 25, 2010.

Zhonglun Law Firm has acted as legal counsel for Lifan Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. and helped it successfully launch its IPO and get listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The professional service team was led by Partner Michael Gu and Shirley Xiang, and also composed of Partner Anthony Zhao, Partner Lu Hongda and Jin Jing. In addition, the PE legal team led by Partner Anthony Zhao had advised American International Group (AIG) for investing in Lifan.

The underwriter of Lifan IPO was Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.

Being one of the largest private enterprises in China, Lifan Group principally engages in developing, manufacturing and sale of motorcycles, automobiles and gasoline engines. The principal products of Lifan Group include motorcycles and engines, passenger car vehicles and engines, gasoline engines and end products, i.e. generator sets, water pumps and lawn mowers.
