Telestone Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: TSTC), a leading supplier of local access network solutions for communications networks in China, has settled and closed its public offering of 1,675,000 shares of common stock on November 30, 2010, raising approximately US$18.9 million.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as PRC legal counsel for the offering and provided full legal services for Telestone Technologies Corporation. Professionals included Guo Kejun, Hou Zhiwei and Wang Hongyu. Roth Capital Partners acted as the sole book-runner for the offering and JMP Securities acted as a co-manager.
