Zhong Lun advised Citi, BOC International, Barclays Capital and Royal Bank of Scotland in connection with the issue by ENN Energy Holdings Limited of US$ 750 million unsecured senior notes. The notes carry on the annual interest rate of 6% and are scheduled to mature in 2021.
