Mr. Zhang has been serving as legal counsel for numerous Chinese and foreign enterprises, financial institutions and government agencies. Over the course of more than 30 years of practice, he has rendered legal services for over one hundred enterprises and government agencies and advised on hundreds of commercial litigation and arbitration cases as one of the first lawyers to practice in such areas. His clients include Motorola, IBM, General Electric, Lenovo Group, COFCO Limited, China Minmetals Corporation and other famous enterprises.
