On December 15, 2011, Hong Kong listed NetDragon announced the first closing of the Series B financing by 91 Limited, its indirect subsidiary focusing on the development and operation of wireless businesses. The total amount for the Series B financing is US$20 million. The Zhong Lun team, led by Anthony Zhao and Luke Zhang, and including Shen Jun and Ada Jiang, acted as the legal counsel for the consortium of venture capital investors led by Vertex Asia Growth Ltd and provided cross-border legal services throughout the whole process of this transaction.
