Recently Hairun Movies & TV Co., Ltd., China’s largest privately-owned TV drama producer, has entered into a RMB private equity financing in a total amount of RMB800 million from 21 onshore investors. Zhong Lun Law Firm has worked closely with Hairun since the year 2009 by assisting in its private equity financings, restructuring, acquisition and other capital market transactions.
