On May 11, 2012, Shenzhen Jiawei Photovoltaic Lighting Co., Ltd. launched its ChiNext listing on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Jiawei Photovoltaic issued 35 million shares at a price of RMB 11 per share and raised RMB 385 million.
