Recently, a team led by Mr. Wilson Wei Huo has helped a major listed steel production and selling enterprise in the PRC to recover a large amount of cargo payment in a shortest time with ‘zero cost’ and without any formal legal proceedings initiated.
Our client has concluded an international sale contract of steel with a South Korean company, and the cargo under such contract has already been shipped to South Korea, yet our client was unable to get any payment.
