Zhong Lun Assists Zhou Liu Fu in SEHK Main Board Listing
On June 26, 2025, Zhou Liu Fu Jewellery Co., Ltd. (stock ticker: ZHOU LIU FU, stock code: 06168.HK) (“Zhou Liu Fu”) successfully made its initial public offering of shares and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”), raising proceeds of approximately HKD 1.292 billion prior to the exercise of over-allotment option.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the Chinese legal advisor and provided comprehensive and multi-faceted legal services to Zhou Liu Fu in this SEHK listing and H-share full circulation, expertly guiding the client through the entire process, which were highly recognized by the client and all other stakeholders involved. Zhou Liu Fu, a jewelry company with a nationwide sales network and a brand widely recognized by consumers, has been committed to the Chinese jewelry industry for more than two decades. With a focus on providing a diverse range of jewelry products, mainly gold jewelry products and diamond-inlaid pieces, the company has consistently prioritized meeting consumers’ demand. As of December 31, 2024, Zhou Liu Fu’s expansive brick-and-mortar sales network consisted of a total of 4,129 stores (including franchise stores and self-operated stores), covering 31 provinces and 305 prefecture-level cities across China, as well as four franchise stores overseas. According to Frost & Sullivan, Zhou Liu Fu has maintained its position as one of the top five brands in the Chinese jewelry market for eight consecutive years from 2017 to 2024 in terms of the number of China-based stores. In the year ending December 31, 2024, Zhou Liu Fu ranked sixth and tenth among all gold jewelry companies in China in terms of gross merchandise value and gold jewelry product revenue, respectively.
