Zhong Lun advises Menarini Group on Establishment of China Holding Company in Wuhan
Recently, Menarini successfully established a China Holding Company (“CHC") in Wuhan, and becomes the first foreign entity to establish a CHC in Wuhan. As a renowned multi-national enterprise headquartered in Florence, Italy, Menarini engages in multiple business lines consisting of the research and development, production, wholesale, and retail of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and cosmetics with a presence in over 100 countries. It is the largest pharmaceutical company and has established a complete system of operations and management covering importation of pharmaceuticals and consultancy in pharmaceutical marketing and planning in China. Menarini has reached a substantial scale in terms of investment and sales.
Zhong Lun Law Firm, as PRC legal counsel for Menarini, provided the full-range of legal services for setting-up of the CHC by Menarini and will continue assist Menarini in its reorganization project in China.
