Zhong Lun Advises on the first CLO Project of Agricultural Development Bank of China
On Sep. 25, the 2013（Phase One）FaYuan CLO Trust Asset Backed Securities of Agricultural Development Bank of China (“ADBC") , with Zhong Lun Law firm as the sole legal counsel for the project and providing all-round legal services, were successfully issued by tender. It is the first Collateralized Loan Obligation ever issued by ADBC . The professional team of Beijing Zhong Lun Law firm, composed of partner Borong Liu , associates Wei Xu, Yan Yan ,Jingyi Lu,Zhouying Yu and Xudong Li, supplies legal services for this project.
The securities of this project include the priority securities and the subordinate securities, totally amounting to RMB 1,274,310,000 Yuan. CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. is the trustee of underlying assets and the issuer of such securities. CITIC Securities Co., Ltd and China International Capital Corporation (CICC) are appointed as the joint lead underwriters.
