XINYI SOLAR HOLDINGS LIMITED (“XINYI SOLAR") successfully listed by way of introduction on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 12 December 2013. Its stock code is 00968. XINYI SOLAR focuses on the solar glass and related business and was spun off from XINYI GLASS HOLDINGS LIMITED (00868.HK), a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited acted as the sole sponsor to XINYI SOLAR. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal adviser to the sole sponsor. Zhong Lun’s team was led by Jessica Li and the team includes An Ming and Zhao Dian.
