On March 18, 2014, Tarsus Group PLC (LSE: TRS), an international business to business media company listed on London Stock Exchange, announced the completion of the acquisition of 50% of the China (Shenzhen) International Brand Underwear Fair. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the legal counsel to Tarsus in this transaction, and its legal team was led by Anthony Zhao and included Mona Hu, Vega Huang and Jane Chen.
Anthony Zhao and Mona Hu also advised Tarsus on its acquisition of 50% of the China International Automotive Aftermarket Industry and Tuning (Guangzhou) Trade Fair in December 2012, and have provided PRC legal services to Tarsus in connection with its investments and operations in China’s exhibition business.
