On April 14th, 2014, Kingdee International Software Group (00268.HK) announced the completion of issue of guaranteed convertible bonds due 2019 in the total amount of US$175,000,000 through its subsidiary. Credit Suisse and Macquarie Capital acted as the joint lead managers in this issue.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal counsel to the joint lead managers and also the sole PRC legal counsel in this transaction. The legal team was led by Anthony Zhao, and included Sammy Hsia, Renjie Xu and Jane Li.
