Zhong Lun Provides Legal Services for Acquisition of Dermot Entities by 21Vianet Group, Inc.
21Vianet Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET), the largest carrier-neutral Internet data center services provider in China, and its affiliate have acquired from DYXnet Group the entire equity interest in Dermot Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, including without limitation, Diyixian.com Limited and Shenzhen Diyixian Telecom Company Limited. The transaction closed on October 9, 2014.
Founded in 1999, DYXnet Group is now a VPN market leader in the Greater China region. As the PRC counsel of DYXnet Group, Zhong Lun successfully assisted the client to close the transaction and won great appreciations from all related parties with high quality and excellent legal services.
