Shanghai Banban Science and Technology Development Company （“Banban"）, the first ever office services provider in China that presents and practices the idea of dispersed offices, was established in Jian’an District, Shanghai in January 2016. Dispersed offices offer more choices regarding office spaces and cater to more personalized needs in comparison to unite offices. Banban was established by Hu Jing, former deputy CEO and chief architect of Greenland Holding Group and his team. Huazhu Capital has invested into Banban upon its establishment.
Steve Zhao, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and his team members Xu Xuefang and Xu Jialong had provided legal services to our client during the whole course of the project, including designing the investment structure, drafting incorporation documents, negotiating with Huazhu and revising the investment documents, etc.
