Xsteach.com, a leading online education institution, has recently completed its Series B round of private equity financing of RMB300,000,000 led by Guo Tai Jun An. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as legal counsel for Xsteach.com in removing its VIE structure and the entire process of the financing transaction, including assisting in designing deal structure, legal due diligence, negotiations, preparation and revision of various transaction documents, and deal closing. Xsteach.com started its business in 2008, devoting itself to being an online vocational training institution.
