In early May 2016, Steve Zhao, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm together with team members Xie Xin and others, assisted Tian Jing Capital, a fund management company, in completion of the major matter change registration of privately-raised fund manager in the Asset Management Association of China (“AMAC"). During the service, Zhong Lun actively provided practical solutions to the various problems the client faced, and Zhong Lun’s special legal opinion was accepted by AMAC. Zhong Lun will go on to assist Tian Jing Capital in completing the following registration of fund management company.
