Zhong Lun Advised HKBN’s Acquisition of Several Businesses from NWTHL
HKBN Ltd. (SEHK stock code: 1310, “HKBN"), the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company, announced on March 31, 2016 that it has completed the transaction of acquisition of the telecommunications and online marketing solutions business owned by New World Telephone Holdings Limited (“NWTHL").
Catherine Guo, a Shenzhen-based partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, led a team consisting of associates Alice Qiu, Jenny Li and Jing Zhong to advise HKBN on the PRC related parts of this transaction. The team provided legal services for HKBN included assisting in due diligence, preparation and revision of onshore documents.
