Cubic-City, an operator of long-term rental apartment chain, announced recently that it had completed its Series C private financing of around USD300,000,000, from the investors including AVIC Trust and Warburg Pincus. AVIC Trust, the leading investor of this deal, completed the transaction via cross-border investment.
The team of Zhong Lun Law Firm, led by Partner Catherine Guo of Shenzhen office, with the support of Alice Qiu, Jing Zhong and Edward Leong, acted as legal counsel for AVIC Trust in this transaction.
