Zhong Lun Advised on Huami’s IPO on NASDAQ

On February 12, 2018, Huami Corporation (NYSE: HMI) announced the closing of its initial public offering of American depositary shares, which have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Credit Suisse, Citigroup and China Renaissance acted as the underwriters for this offering raising approximately US$110 million.

Huami is a biometric and activity data-driven company with significant expertise in smart wearable technology, and is Xiaomi’s sole partner to design and manufacture Xiaomi-branded smart bands, scales and certain other wearable products.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the Issuer’s PRC legal counsel in the offering. The legal team from Zhong Lun combines the forces from both Shanghai and Beijing: the Shanghai team led by Anthony Zhao and William Jia, including Summer Huang and Sid Ping; the Beijing team led by Kejun Guo and Victor Yu, including Qiming Yao, Haoze Li, Sean Ji and Yuan Wang.
