Zhong Lun Advised on Huami’s IPO on NASDAQ
On February 12, 2018, Huami Corporation (NYSE: HMI) announced the closing of its initial public offering of American depositary shares, which have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Credit Suisse, Citigroup and China Renaissance acted as the underwriters for this offering raising approximately US$110 million.
Huami is a biometric and activity data-driven company with significant expertise in smart wearable technology, and is Xiaomi’s sole partner to design and manufacture Xiaomi-branded smart bands, scales and certain other wearable products.
