On April 3, 2019, Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Holdings Co., Ltd. (002044 SZ), a leading professional health checkup service provider and medical service group in China, announced the successful issue of senior unsecured notes, through its offshore wholly owned subsidiary, in the amount of US$200 million under Regulation S.
In this offering, Citigroup acted as the sole global coordinator, and with several other banks as the joint bookrunner and joint lead managers, where Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as their PRC legal counsel. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao and William Jia, and included Jermyn Hu, etc.
