Klook, a leading travel activities and services booking platform based in Hong Kong, has recently raised US$225 million in Series D+ funding, which increases the total Series D funding round to US$425 million. Softbank Vision Fund led the round, and this represents the largest financing in the global travel activities and services industry.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal counsel to SoftBank Vision Fund in this transaction. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao, and included Raphael Liu, Jermyn Hu and Jorah Zhou.
