Shimo recently completed its Series B+ private financing with proceeds of more than ten million dollars. CBC and F&G Venture are the co-lead investors in this transaction, with the NIO Capital and China Growth Capital as the co-investors. Shimo is the first professional office software provider on cloud in China to support the real-time collaboration which has the leading position in the field of real-time collaboration.
