Zhong Lun Represented CACIB and HSBC Granting Cross-border Loan in respect of Telecommunication Tower Business
Recently, the syndicate consisted of Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and HSBC has granted a cross-border USD facility to the offshore entity jointly controlled by Provident Capital and Saratoga Group for the purpose of funding the telecommunication tower business of the onshore project companies. And to secure the aforesaid USD facility, the onshore project companies have provided a package of cross-border securities. Provident Capital is a well-known Indonesian investment fund, and Saratoga Group is a telecommunication tower business investment company with industry leadership and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
