Zhong Lun Advises Chaoyue Technology on its ChiNext IPO
On August 24, 2021, Anhui Chaoyue Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chaoyue Technology", stock code: 301049.SZ) launched its initial public offering and got listed on the SZSE ChiNext market.
Zhong Lun acted as Chaoyue Technology’s legal advisor in the IPO and provided comprehensive and multi-dimensional legal services. The Zhong Lun team was led by partners Qiming Yao and Zhenyu Zhang. Team members included Yuan Wang, Shuang Xue, and Jing Jin. Partner Kejun Guo also participated throughout the whole process of the IPO.
