Zhong Lun Assists Raysharp in Listing on ChiNext
On August 4, 2021, Zhuhai Raysharp Technology Co., Ltd. (“Raysharp", stock code: 301042) got listed on the ChiNext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and issued 17,200,000 shares, raising RMB 720,852,000 in total.
Zhong Lun acted as legal counsel for Raysharp in the IPO and provided full-process and multi-dimensional legal services, garnering high recognition and appreciation from the client and other parties involved.
