Zhong Lun Advises Linuo on its IPO on ChiNext
On November 11, 2021, Shandong Linuo Technical Glass Co., Ltd. (“Linuo Technical Glass", stock code: 301188) publicly offered 58,109,777 shares and got listed on the ChiNext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, a deal that helped the company raise an aggregate of RMB 755,427,100.
Zhong Lun rendered multi-faceted services to Linuo Technical Glass throughout the IPO process, winning enthusiastic praises and high recognition from the client and other parties. The team was headed by partner Mingjun Chang, and the signatory lawyers were partner Jingsong Cheng and associate Yanjun Kuang.
Linuo Technical Glass is dedicated to research, development, production and sales of special glass, in particular borosilicate glass. Its main products include pharmaceutical glass, heat-resistant glass and optical glass.
