Zhong Lun Advises on Atour's IPO on Nasdaq

On November 11, 2022, Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: ATAT) announced its initial public offering and listing of American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The total offering size will be approximately US$52.3 million prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option. BofA Securities, Citigroup, CICC and CMBI acted as the underwriters for the offering.

Atour is a leading hospitality and lifestyle company in China, with a distinct portfolio of lifestyle hotel brands. According to Frost & Sullivan, Atour is the largest upper midscale hotel chain in China in terms of room number as of the end of 2021 and is the first Chinese hotel chain to develop a scenario-based retail business.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the underwriters’ PRC legal counsel in this offering, which is reported as icebreaking; The legal team was led by partners Anthony Zhao and William Jia, and included associates Summer Huang, Jason Zhan and Ruby Zheng, among other team members including Violet Zhang and Julia Cao.
