Allen YAM

Mr. Allen Yam Kam Kwong is partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Hong Kong. He is also a Justice of the Peace of Hong Kong SAR. He has over 30 years of practicing experience specializing in conveyancing, litigation, probate, and commercial law.

Allen was admitted in 1983 and he has served articles with Messrs. Yung, Yu, Yuen & Co. after graduating with a Bachelor of Law degree and worked as an assistant solicitor until he set up his own firm, Messrs. Yam & Company in 1985. He was also admitted to practice in England and Wales, Australia, and Singapore.

Mr. Yam has been representing major developers, in particular the Henderson Group of Companies, in the sale of over 50 different development projects.
