With more than ten years of experience in providing legal services in the domestic capital market, CHEN Di has mainly engaged in the capital market business in the Chinese mainland since practicing and provided legal services to large and medium-sized enterprises in China, including initial public offerings and listings, National Equities Exchange and Quotations listings, private offerings and major asset restructuring. Clients' industries cover high-end equipment manufacturing, precision machinery processing, laser chip, medical and other fields. CHEN Di is good at proposing comprehensive and practical solutions to the relevant legal issues from the perspective of clients' industries and business characteristics; in particular, CHEN Di has rich experience and profound insights in capital market legal services for high-end equipment manufacturing industry, which has been well received by clients. In addition to the capital market practice in the Chinese mainland, CHEN Di also engages in investment and M&A practice, providing legal services on behalf of various well-known investors for investment in large and medium-sized enterprises in China; CHEN Di also has certain experience in corporate governance and compliance legal services.
