Claire Liu is a highly experienced corporate attorney specializing in cross-border and domestic M&A, international investment, PE and VC transactions, and general corporate business.
With more than ten years of experience practicing overseas at a leading international law firm, Claire offers clients a unique advantage by seamlessly navigating both the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong legal frameworks. Known for her rapid responsiveness and effective communication, she utilizes her extensive legal expertise to successfully steer domestic and international clients through complex onshore and offshore matters.
Over the course of her career, Claire has been instrumental in hundreds of M&A and PE transactions. She acts as legal counsel on investment, operations, and compliance for prominent multinational companies, investment funds, foreign-invested enterprises, and large domestic corporations.
