Clifford Ng

Clifford is a partner of Zhong Lun's Hong Kong office and a leader in the private client industry in Hong Kong. His practice is focused on complex cross-border transactions and investment, as well as private client matters.

Representative Matters

Having worked with some of Asia's leading businesses and families for over 30 years, Clifford provides strategic advice on cross-border transactions and investment, tax, regulatory, estate planning, asset preservation, and governance. Clifford is noted for providing innovative solutions to complex issues by virtue of his extensive experience in multi-jurisdiction transactions and expertise in a broad range of issues including asset preservation, investment strategies, trust and estate litigation, securities regulatory issues, family estate battles, and creditor claims.
