• Represented the consortium comprised of HOPU, Hillhouse Capital, SMG, BOCGI and Vanke on its financing strategy for acquiring Global Logistic Properties. It is so far the largest private equity buy-out deal in Asia and the largest cross-border transaction completed by Chinese entities in 2017
