Ethan’s area of expertise is in real estate acquisition, investment and cross-border finance. Out of the proficiency in Chinese real estate laws and regulations, he gains profound insight into the whole real estate industry, As a lawyer, he has provided comprehensive legal services for many real estate funds and multinational companies in acquisition, real estate development, project financing, leasing operation and property management, involving all common real estate business types such as residential buildings, office, hotel, commercial complex, long-leasing apartment, warehouse and logistics facilities and data center. Ethan is also well-experienced in the area of cross-border financing, debt restructuring and special opportunity investment. He is familiar with common collateral structures and relevant government approval/registration formalities involved in the cross-border financing and debt restructuring process, and has assisted a number of clients in completing many remarkable cross–border refinancing and debt restructuring projects successfully.
